FEFCO 0203 FOL vs 0206 SFF: side-by-side numbers
0203 (Full overlap slotted container) and 0206 (Center special full overlap container) differ in how the box closes and how much board it takes. The center special full overlap combines the two ideas: inner flaps meet in the center, and the outer flaps run the full width so they overlap completely.
Flap rules
| Part | 0203 FOL | 0206 SFF |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | All flaps: W | Inner flaps: L ÷ 2 |
| 2 | Layers at each end: two full layers of outer flaps plus the inner flaps | Outer flaps: W |
| Closure | Glue, staple or tape. The full overlap gives a wide area for glue or stitches. | Glue or staple through the outer layers; tape is optional. |
